All sales are final. With RSVP and/or ticket purchase you agree to receive communications from "Wine Down CT".

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE, TICKET PURCHASE, MEDIA RELEASE, LIABILITY WAIVER & PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Immediately
By purchasing a ticket, accepting a complimentary ticket, registering, RSVP’ing, joining a waitlist, entering the event premises, participating in any Wine Down CT event, or otherwise engaging with Wine Down CT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not purchase a ticket, register for, or attend any Wine Down CT event.
1. AGE REQUIREMENT
Wine Down CT events are strictly for adults twenty-five (25) years of age and older.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. Wine Down CT reserves the absolute right to deny entry to any individual who cannot provide valid identification verifying age eligibility.
No refunds, credits, exchanges, or exceptions shall be granted due to failure to provide valid identification.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO CREDITS. NO TRANSFERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that Wine Down CT immediately commits substantial resources and incurs expenses in reliance upon your purchase, including but not limited to venue expenses, staffing, security, permits, entertainment, production, marketing, equipment rentals, food and beverage purchases, insurance, and operational costs.
Accordingly:

All ticket purchases are final upon completion.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, transfers, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances.

Failure to attend does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Scheduling conflicts, illness, travel delays, emergencies, work obligations, family obligations, transportation issues, or personal circumstances do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Failure to receive, read, review, or locate event communications does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Removal from the event due to policy violations does not constitute grounds for a refund.
By completing your purchase, you expressly waive any claim for a refund except where prohibited by applicable law.
3. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
By purchasing a ticket, you expressly agree not to initiate or pursue a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, claim, or refund request through your bank, credit card company, payment processor, or financial institution in violation of these Terms.
If a purchaser initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:
Wine Down CT reserves the right to:

Contest and dispute the chargeback.

Provide these Terms & Conditions and purchase records as evidence.

Permanently ban the purchaser from all future Wine Down CT events.

Permanently remove the purchaser from all membership programs, guest lists, waitlists, email lists, text message lists, promotional opportunities, and ticket purchasing privileges.

Cancel future ticket purchases without notice.

Pursue recovery of all associated fees, administrative costs, legal expenses, collection costs, damages, and other losses permitted by law.
Any attempt to obtain a refund through a chargeback after agreeing to these Terms may result in permanent exclusion from future Wine Down CT events and experiences.
4. EVENT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Wine Down CT reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

Change event schedules

Change event times
-
Change event locations
-
Change performers
-
Change speakers
-
Change vendors
-
Change sponsors
-
Change programming
-
Modify attractions, activations, experiences, or event layouts

Adjust event operations as necessary
Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, exchange, or compensation.
Event Postponement
If an event is postponed due to circumstances beyond Wine Down CT's reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, government action, public safety concerns, labor disputes, venue issues, utility interruptions, acts of God, terrorism, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events, tickets may be honored for a future date at Wine Down CT's sole discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Event Cancellation
If Wine Down CT elects to cancel an event entirely and does not reschedule the event, any remedy offered shall be determined solely by Wine Down CT and may include:

Admission to a future event

Event credit

Comparable replacement event

Partial refund

Full refund
Wine Down CT shall have no obligation to reimburse guests for travel expenses, lodging expenses, parking fees, transportation costs, childcare costs, lost wages, incidental expenses, or consequential damages.
5. WEATHER POLICY
Wine Down CT events are generally held rain or shine.
Guests acknowledge and accept that outdoor events may be affected by:

Rain

Heat
-
Cold
-
Wind
-
Humidity
-
Storms
-
Environmental conditions
Weather conditions shall not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks.
Guests are solely responsible for preparing appropriately for weather conditions.
6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
Attendance at a Wine Down CT event is entirely voluntary.
By attending, guests knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

Crowds

Noise levels
-
Weather conditions
-
Food and beverage consumption
-
Alcohol consumption
-
Parking and transportation
-
Slips, trips, falls, and accidents

Interactions with guests, vendors, sponsors, performers, or third parties

Injury, illness, or property damage
To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Wine Down CT, its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, partners, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, expenses, or causes of action arising from participation in or attendance at any Wine Down CT event.
7. MEDIA RELEASE & PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT
By purchasing a ticket, accepting admission, registering, RSVP’ing, joining a waitlist, entering event grounds, or attending any Wine Down CT event, you irrevocably grant Wine Down CT and its affiliates, sponsors, partners, licensees, successors, and assigns the unrestricted and perpetual right to photograph, film, record, livestream, broadcast, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, advertise, promote, and otherwise use your:

Image
-
Likeness
-
Voice
-
Appearance
-
Statements
-
Participation
in any media format now known or later developed throughout the world and in perpetuity for any lawful purpose, including advertising, promotion, publicity, marketing, editorial, commercial, archival, and social media purposes.
You further acknowledge and agree that:

Attendance constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

All recordings and media shall remain the sole property of Wine Down CT.

No compensation, royalties, fees, approvals, ownership rights, or future permissions shall be required.
-
You waive any right to inspect, approve, or review any use of such materials.

You release Wine Down CT from all claims relating to the use of your image, likeness, voice, or participation.
8. RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY OR REMOVE GUESTS
Wine Down CT reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entry to, deny service to, or remove any guest whose conduct is deemed:

Disruptive

Harassing
-
Threatening
-
Intoxicated

Disorderly

Discriminatory

Illegal

In violation of event policies
Removal or denial of entry shall not entitle any guest to a refund, credit, exchange, or compensation.
9. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By purchasing a ticket, registering, joining a waitlist, submitting contact information, or otherwise engaging with Wine Down CT, you expressly consent to receive communications from Wine Down CT, including:

Marketing communications

Promotional offers

Membership updates

Email communications

SMS/Text messages

Operational notices

Transactional communications
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP.
Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase where prohibited by law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Wine Down CT trademarks, logos, branding, content, photographs, videos, graphics, promotional materials, event concepts, marketing materials, and proprietary content are the exclusive property of Wine Down CT.
No attendee, vendor, sponsor, or third party may reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any Wine Down CT intellectual property without prior written consent.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
Wine Down CT may collect personal information including:

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or attendance at a Wine Down CT event shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Connecticut, and attendees consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Wine Down CT and attendees regarding event participation and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY PURCHASING A TICKET, ACCEPTING A COMPLIMENTARY TICKET, REGISTERING, RSVP'ING, JOINING A WAITLIST, ENTERING THE EVENT PREMISES, OR ATTENDING ANY WINE DOWN CT EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
